Old Mission Peninsula Wedding

Destination Weddings in Traverse City, Michigan are a regular occurrence. This couple loves Traverse City, the beaches, Lake Michigan, and the vibe. Their good friend has a waterfront property that is the location of the Wedding. Unfortunately for the Bride and Groom, large storms tore out the perfectly manicured beachfront and dock two weeks prior to the Wedding. The Wedding goes on, just with less beach and no dock. The intimate Old Mission Peninsula Wedding on Lake Michigan is simple, small, and totally laid-back.

A friend of the couple is the officiant. His ceremony was nice, short, and sweet.

The entire ceremony is no more that fifteen minutes.

Following the ceremony, the couple takes images with family and friends.

A bottle of champagne is opened and the guests enjoy some beverages too.

The matron of honor plays a song for the couple to dance their first dance.

The Bride and Groom make images together at the beach, a nearby house, and finally at a Winery up the road.

It was a short Wedding day for me.

The images are gorgeous. I love the simplicity and colors of the Wedding day.
