Engagement Photographer Petoskey

Is there anything better than a photography session in Petoskey with a weimaraner dog?  Really, you get the best of both Worlds.  Furthermore, the images we make are the icing on the cake.  Petoskey Northern Michigan Engagement Photography lake downtown photographer Paul Retherford.

My client contacted me since they were visiting Petoskey, Michigan for the weekend and are in need of Engagement Photography.

Excited to know they will have a dog with them, even more so when it is a weimaraner.  Love!  Reminds me of Sampson my past dog.

First, Engagement photography at the Petoskey harbor.  I love the repetitiveness of the docks and lights.  Adding their weimaraner makes it perfect.

In addition, the clock tower and birch trees make for a nice contrast.

Afterwards, bear river recreation area is the session location.  Since the winds are strong, getting images without hair in the face is a bonus.

Petoskey is doing a wonderful job restoring this area too.

Petoskey downtown with the gorgeous holiday lights is the final photography location.

They thought it would be fun to capture images with Hemingway and the gazebo.

Both of the locations turn out perfect.

Afterwards, we take a bit of a walk around town and call it a wrap.
