Northern Michigan surprise Engagement

This couple is in love with Petoskey State Park.

They visit the park on a regular basis while they are up enjoying vacation on Crooked Lake.

I was emailed in advance letting me know the plan for the surprise engagement proposal.  She had no clue.

Arriving early to the spoken spot, I became a bit confused when a gentleman who looked like the subject walked by me.

It became clear when Kyle turns his head and gave me a nod.

Following the proposal, we captured images around the dunes and in the water.

Epic shoot that ended with amazing people and light.
