100th birthday party family photography

It was my honor to travel to Detroit, Michigan and specifically Commerce Township to photography 100th birthday party family photography.  Congratulations Betty on your long life and your wonderful family.

Betty has great, great grandchildren!  It was touching to watch her hold her granddaughter that is less than one year old. 100 years apart.  Can you imagine the difference in both of their lifetimes?

The photography session was a gift from a relative.  I had previously photographed a Wedding and  family sessions with this family.

It was November 5th in Michigan and we had not seen a flake of snow.  The day was 60, sunny, and the leaves were still holding on a lot of the trees.  Not your normal year in Michigan.

The family was very grateful for my service.  In addition, I was grateful to be a small part of Betty’s party.
