Northern Michigan Wedding Anniversary Photography
Kristy and Mike were married five years ago in Southwest Michigan and I had the pleasure of capturing their Wedding day! Much like this day, it was a beautiful Michigan day and filled with love, great memories, and a beautiful couple. They look the same as the day we met.
We started the shoot, by accident, on the 9:30 Sheplers Mackinac bridge tour ferry ride to Mackinac Island. We didn’t have plans to do this but they were second in line when I showed up to catch the ferry. We captured a few nice images as the Sheplers Mackinac Island Ferry cruised under the Mackinac Bridge and talked about the bridge.
Kristy and Mike rented a tandem bike from Mackinac Island bike shop rental next to the Shepler’s ferry dock and attached a cute Just Married sign to the basket of the tandem bike. Kristy had her heals on but still managed to ride the bike!
We captured a few images in downtown, then moved to the boardwalk, and up to the Grand Hotel where they would be staying for the weekend.
