Northern Michgan Wedding Photography

Anna and Andy had a beautiful day in Northern Michigan in Petoskey at the Emmanuel Episcopal Church and the Perry Hotel. What an amazing couple and group of friends. You could feel the love all day long.

Anna had done a tremendous amount of wedding planning leading up to her wedding day. Lots of great wedding details and planning ideas for you! It all came together perfectly on her wedding day.

We started early at La Dolce Vita Salon with the ladies getting their hair and makeup done. La Dolce Vita did a wonderful job, as usual, with all of the beautiful ladies.

The wedding ceremony took place at Emmanuel Episcopal Church on Mitchell Street in Petoskey. What a beautiful church and building. Their good friend and pastor traveled all the way up from Ohio to officiate the wedding ceremony.

We found a nice spot along Lake Michigan after the wedding ceremony to capture a nice selection of Little Traverse Bay images with the wedding party.

The wedding reception at the Perry Hotel Rose Garden was one of the highlights of the wedding day. The clouds cleared for a bit to allow the million dollar sunset to peak through. This sunset is viewable right from the reception location in the Rose Garden.

The groom was surprised with an acoustic performance by pastor Travis that the bride set up for their first dance song. They danced to “I won’t give up” by Jason Mraz
