Sunday I had two family portrait sessions in Douglas, Michigan. The Wern family had family and nine month baby images of their son Evan. He is a cutey and is in the stage where he cries when new people come around. Fortunately for me, he kind of liked me, or at least put up with me. We got some great images of the whole family and I captured around 1000 in total.
The sky was crystal clear and the light was very harsh when we went down to Lake Michigan for part of the photography session. I did my best to use the right angles to get the optimum image.
The second family portrait photography session was in Douglas as well and we went down to the Lake Michigan beach for all of the images. The Mueller family has two sons and one daughter. It is always a challenge to get all of the kids looking great and looking at or near the lens all at once. I think that I did a pretty good job with all of the kids. The boys seemed to like being with dad and the girl would only be with mom so I had to work with this in mind.
